House prices growing once again: Macquarie
The Australian Financial Review yesterday reported that housing prices in Sydney are back on the rise, according to Macquaire analaysts. Despite a brief plateu in growth over the past few months, and whilst the possibility of a repeat of the 2016 bounce back is slim due to the likely rise in interest rates, the outlook is for modest and steady growth through 2018.
