Everyone believes Westfield in Bondi Junction is the place to go, but we love Double Bay because it's so much more fun to shop, latte and walk in the sun a heartbeat away from the surf of the sea. There are tons of fashion boutiques in this chic neighbourhood, from the up-market of Belinda boutique in Transvaal Avenue to Oh Yes with its great labels; Max Mara on Bay Street for swags of style; and Sportscraft for more practical gear with a touch of pizzazz. There are also shoe boutiques a-plenty and Mecca for a bit of cosmetic dabbling...

We highly recommend this sun-dappled village with its glamorous atmosphere and setting if you feel like a change from your usual haunts.
