Happy Chinese New Year! Sydney is set to come alive with the 21st edition of the Chinese New Year Festival. Highlights from the festival program include zodiac lanterns dotted around Circular Quay, bustling food markets and the iconic Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge being bathed in red light.
