Located at the very tip of South Head peninsula, this suburb is just a stone’s throw from the calm water’s edge that laps gently around Sydney Harbour and the emerald Pacific Ocean. Tourists from all over the world visit Watsons Bay and trek from the lighthouse at the top of the hill to the beachside bars and grills.
