Stroll along Coogee’s promenade, surrounded by outdoor enthusiasts and be astounded by the overwhelming vista of surf, sand, and sun. Visit Coogee’s famous ‘ladies baths’, also known as the McIver Pool, or enjoy the non-stop action at the many restaurants offered at the refurbished Merivale Coogee Pavillion on the esplanade. Further afield charming houses and apartment blocks with water views nestle side-by-side all the way up the hill towards the city skyline, with access to beachside living. Coogee’s best-known ‘secret’? Gordons Bay, one of Sydney’s most popular dive spots, offers Sydney’s only underwater nature trail.
