Pauline Goodyer was not just our ‘agent’ on this project. She was our partner from day one. Pauline made time for us to discuss the original design and we met regularly through the design and construction phases. Pauline provided critical input on market demands. She took a keen interest in the project, visiting the site on numerous occasions prior to the marketing phase. She thoroughly qualified the potential buyers. We highly recommend Pauline. We would not embark on any real estate project without her on board.
