How do I apply for a rental property?

Rental applications can be submitted online via the property listing. Applicants are required to provide identification, rental history, employment details and supporting documentation to complete the application process.

How do I request maintenance?

Maintenance requests can be submitted through our online portal or via email. Urgent repairs are prioritised and addressed promptly in accordance with tenancy legislation and safety requirements.

What is considered an urgent repair?

Urgent repairs include issues that pose a risk to safety or cause significant damage, such as gas leaks, electrical faults, water leaks or loss of essential services. These should be reported immediately.

How often will inspections occur during my tenancy?

Routine inspections are conducted periodically and in accordance with legislative guidelines. Tenants are provided with appropriate notice prior to each inspection.

How do lease renewals work?

As a lease approaches expiry, we will contact tenants to discuss renewal options. Any proposed changes to rent or lease terms will be communicated clearly and in line with market conditions and legislation.

What happens at the end of my tenancy?

At the end of the tenancy, a final inspection is conducted to assess the property's condition. Guidance is provided to ensure the process is clear, fair and efficient, including bond return procedures.
