Recently we were introduced to Geoffrey Collins of Goodyer Real Estate agency regarding the sale of our property in Surry Hills. We found the professionalism and knowledge of Geoffrey of enormous value particularly when it came time to go to market. The viewings, both private and general public viewings were handled with dedication with the goal of reaching a wide base of prospective buyers, very important in todays difficult market conditions. Throughout the entire marketing process and to conclusion of the sale of our property, Geoffrey regarded our situation with sincerity and care to achieving a satisfactory sale, relieving us of any stress and worry. A major factor too was their delightful, often amusing personalities making this such a pleasant event. We highly recommend Geoffrey and Goodyer Real Estate.
