We tasked Pauline Goodyer with selling our home and having had the property with several other agents prior to Pauline's appointment, Pauline delivered a first class result. Pauline's communication skills are exemplary. Her advice was highly valued and accurate. Her loyalty to the vendor was unwavering and she respected our position on price. She accepted the challenge and responded in a most professional and energetic manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Pauline as a gold standard agent to anyone thinking of selling their property in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
