My Tamarama house had not sold at Auction with another agent a year ago. I met Pauline at that auction, so she knew my place. Pauline approached me and thought she had a buyer. The house was sold a week later for a very good price. It could not have been easier. She handled all the negotiations beautifully.

Pauline also came with me to the Auction of the apartment that I wanted. She was so calm and experienced and an enormous help. I could not have bought it without her invaluable help. Her follow up help has been amazing , recommending removalists, trades people and generally dealing with everything behind the scenes in a very polite, quiet, efficient manner .

I would wholeheartedly recommend Pauline as your Agent.
