Why the big agency approach doesn't work

I have talked a lot about the importance of individual attention. To give individual attention to someone that is selling their home you first need to be careful about the number of homes you’re selling at any given time. A good agent will manage this well allowing them to make sure there is enough time and energy dedicated to each client and their home. An experienced agent knows that some properties take more time to sell or require more work in terms of actively going out there and finding buyers.

And, because independent agencies are careful to manage the number of properties they’re looking after they’re often more responsive in terms of bringing your property to market than large agencies. They also have the ability to hand pick their photographers, videographers, copywriters and stylists.
