3 Designer Secrets to create a Memorable First Impression of your Home

  1. Ease of Entry
Consider how guests (or prospective buyers) arrive at your home. Will they need to take their shoes off at the front door? make sure there’s a bench seat or stool and hooks or a coat stand for their jacket.
  2. Roll out a Rug (Photo)
A rug can completely change a room from cold to cosy. A hall runner both collects dirt and helps with acoustics. Consider a flat weave rug to being some colour and texture to your kitchen. Used here is  the 'Nest' rug from my Forsa collection with Designer Rugs. https://www.designerrugs.com.au/collections/nest/
  3. Feast the Eyes
An object or artwork that is unexpected or playful can make it memorable.

I love this quote. It’s exactly how I feel about the work I do. For over 20 years my passion has been working in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs property market. It’s a job I truly love. In a place I live and adore.
